Our Services

We purchase used, damaged, and non running vehicles from their legal owners in the Boston, Massachusetts area and provide free towing as part of the purchase. All quotes are provided in good faith based on the information you supply.

Quotes & Offers

• Quotes are based on the vehicle description you provide by phone or through our contact form.
• If the vehicle's actual condition materially differs from the description, the offer may be adjusted before purchase.
• You are under no obligation to accept any offer. Accepted offers are honored at pickup.

Seller Responsibilities

• You confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized to sell it.
• You agree to remove all personal belongings before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• You agree to provide valid identification and required ownership documents at the time of sale.

Payment

Payment is made in full at the time of vehicle pickup, once documents are verified and signed. The amount paid is the amount agreed at the time of the accepted quote, subject to the condition matching the description.

Title & Paperwork

We complete title transfer paperwork in accordance with Massachusetts law. For vehicles without a title, purchase is subject to verification of ownership through acceptable alternative documentation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boston Junk Car Removal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the vehicle.
